Examination cell of Madhya Pradesh Police Academy, Bhopal is one of the most important branch of MPPA. It is nodal and coordinating branch in the academy for conducting exams of, D.S.P., Sub-Inspectors, Subedar (M), ASI (M),and Subedar batches taking training in the academy. It also conducts Departmental exam of IPS / SPs officers after their completion of Dist. Practical training. Exam cell maintains records of results of all the examinations conducted and also does the work of archives in Madhya Pradesh Police Academy, Bhopal.

WHAT WE DO?

1. Examination Cell maintain of all documentation regarding conduct of exams and results .Acting as a record section for examination, evaluation and results of all qualifying exams conducted by and through the MPPA.
2. Liason with the training department of P.H.Q. and receiving instructions and conducting exams.
3. Updating the academy and P.H.Q. about all the tentative exams, results due dates and the necessary action to be taken.
4. Setting the model question papers and providing it to pannel of examinations under instructions of P.H.Q.
5. Creating Forums for examiners and disscussion on different aspects of conduct of examinations.
6. Briefing and giving necessary advice to pannel of examiners and provide them necessary assistants in Indoor and Outdoor exams.
7. Setting up examination coordination committee and assist them during allocation and other logistic arrangements regarding conduct of exams.
8. Preparing model question papers and answer sheets to be provided to examiners as per required.

Procedure and Declaration of exam

The exams are conducted under the aegis of Police Headquarter, Bhopal. PHQ provides the exam papers and the Academy conducts the exams. The process of evaluation and declaration is done by the PHQ. All these processes are done under strict monitoring and supervision of senior level officials or both PHQ and MPPA so that transparency is maintained at every level. The results are declared by the Training Branch, Police Headquarter, Bhopal and then the results are sent to Madhya Pradesh Police Academhy (MPPA) for endorsement and sending it to the concerned officers.
