  1. The applicant must have passed MBBS course from a medical college in Madhya Pradesh recognized by the National Medical Council, New Delhi.
  1. The applicant has been selected for the prescribed internship.
  1. The application will be made online through MP Online portal or through Public Service Centre / Kiosk.
  1. Candidate has to create their user profile / account on Madhya Pradesh Medical Council (mponline.gov.in) for registration process.
  1. All particulars shall be filled by the applicant only on online portal at Madhya Pradesh Medical Council (mponline.gov.in). Applicant has to create their account at Madhya Pradesh Medical Council (mponline.gov.in) for future reference.
  1. The applicant has to submit the application for provisional registration through his user profile. The applicant should submit the application before the completion of his internship so that the Provisional Registration Certificate can be issued before the completion of the internship.
  1. Applications will not be accepted after the completion of the internship, such application will be rejected, in such a situation the applicant will have to re-join the internship for 2 months and submit an application for provisional certificate.
  1. Required Documents:
  • SSC / 10th Marksheet (Date of Birth proof)
  • HSC/ 12th Marksheet
  • All Marksheet of MBBS final part – 1
  • All Marksheet of MBBS final part – 2
