Foreign Permanent Registration
1. The application will be made online through MP Online portal or through Public Service Centre / Kiosk.
2. Candidate has to create their user profile/account on Madhya Pradesh Medical Council (mponline.gov.in) for the registration process and the candidate should submit the application through his user profile only.
3. The applicant must be provisionally registered in Madhya Pradesh Medical Council.
4. The candidate completed a required internship from the Madhya Pradesh State Medical Education Department / Directorate of Medical Education Madhya Pradesh after getting permission to perform an internship from a Madhya Pradesh State Medical College / Hospital.
5. Required Documents:
• Internship Completion Certificate
• Signature Declaration, (Appendix ‘A’)
• Scanned copy of applicant's own photograph and signature (both together)
